This page tells you what we collect, what we do with it, and how to opt out. Short version: we don't sell your information for money and we don't show you ads — but we do use a business-audience visitor-identification service that California law may treat as “sharing,” and you can opt out of it any time.
What we collect
If you fill out a form on the site, we collect what you give us — typically your name, email, company, and role. If you just visit, we collect standard analytics about which pages you saw, your approximate location (city or region), and basic device and browser information.
We also use a business-audience visitor-identification service that can match a visit to professional contact details — such as your name, work email, company, and role — using third-party business data sources. We use this only to understand which companies engage with CTO Studio and to follow up with relevant professionals, never to show you ads. You can turn it off at any time in Your privacy choices.
We don't collect government IDs, payment information, biometrics, precise location, or sensitive personal data.
What we do with it
Form submissions go to our team so we can follow up. Analytics help us understand which content people engage with. That's it. We don't build advertising profiles, we don't sell data to brokers, and we don't use your information to train AI models.
Who we share with
We use a small number of standard third-party services to run the site — an analytics provider, a business-audience visitor-identification provider, video embed services, form processing, and image and content hosting. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job. None of them receive your information to show you ads, and we never exchange it for money. The visitor-identification service may count as “sharing” under California law — you can opt out below or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal.
Cookies
The site uses analytics cookies to distinguish unique visitors. Embedded YouTube videos can also set cookies, but only after you click play — we use the privacy-enhanced player so nothing is set on page load. You can block cookies in your browser at any time; some features may stop working if you do.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; EU, UK, and EEA residents have them under the GDPR. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out request, and you can opt out directly using the control in Your privacy choices below.

The site is meant for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe we have, email info@howdy.com and we'll delete it.
