ctostudio.com is operated by Howdy. This page tells you what we collect, what we do with it, and how to get in touch with privacy questions. Short version: we don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
What we collect
If you fill out a form on the site, we collect what you give us — typically your name, email, company, and role. If you just visit, we collect standard analytics about which pages you saw, your approximate location (city or region), and basic device and browser information.
We don't collect government IDs, payment information, biometrics, precise location, or sensitive personal data.
What we do with it
Form submissions go to our team so we can follow up. Analytics help us understand which content people engage with. That's it. We don't build advertising profiles, we don't sell data to brokers, and we don't use your information to train AI models.
Who we share with
We use a small number of standard third-party services to run the site — an analytics provider, video embed services, form processing, image and content hosting, and our parent company Howdy. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job, and none of them receive your information for the purpose of selling it or showing you ads.
Cookies
The site uses analytics cookies to distinguish unique visitors. Embedded YouTube videos can also set cookies, but only after you click play — we use the privacy-enhanced player so nothing is set on page load. You can block cookies in your browser at any time; some features may stop working if you do.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it (which, again, we don't do). California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; EU, UK, and EEA residents have them under the GDPR. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out request.

Your privacy choices
The strongest controls are in your own browser: block analytics cookies via your browser settings or a tracker blocker, enable Global Privacy Control (built into Firefox, Brave, and DuckDuckGo), or email us at info@howdy.com to ask us to delete what we have.
Children
The site is meant for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe we have, email info@howdy.com and we'll delete it.
